BIOSABOR likewise has a crime prevention model, called Criminal Compliance, which complies with the regulations applicable to the legal entity in matters of criminal liability.

Within the Criminal Compliance framework, our Company has an ethical channel that allows a person to communicate in a secure and confidential way any irregular or inappropriate conduct, as well as any regulatory breach that may have occurred in the midst of the company’s ongoing activity.

The ethical channel is managed by a Compliance Body with autonomous powers of initiative and control in matters of regulatory compliance, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information communicated.

Communications may be anonymous or signed by name, and may include any questions or queries regarding ethics and regulatory compliance. Communications will be received and analyzed in a diligent, rigorous and confidential manner; they will be treated in accordance with the protocol established for this purpose, based on best practices, in order to respond to them in an orderly fashion.
