From the moment our products leave the manufacturing plant until they reach the consumer’s home, incidents of all kinds can occur both in transport and during their stay in the supermarket, before they reach the final consumer’s home.
What should I do if I find a product in poor condition?
If you are a consumer of our products, whether packaged or fresh, and you observe any anomaly in the state of conservation of the same, we recommend you contact our Quality department as soon as possible so that we can solve it as soon as possible.

The first thing to do when a product is found in poor condition is not to consume it, but rather to save a sample of the product if possible without opening, and to communicate the incident to Biosabor (a photo with the expiration date and the batch number helps a lot). Our technicians will proceed to analyze similar product samples from the same batch to check if there may be a problem with the quality of the batch.
The consumer can also communicate to the supermarket the problem so that it returns the amount of his purchase. The supermarket can then communicate the problem to us, although this action usually takes longer to resolve.
