We are located in the province of Almería, in the municipality of Níjar next to Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park which has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Many of the peculiarities of the eco-system and the landscape in the area have their origin in the absence of winter, which gives us more than 3,000 hours of sunlight a year. The geological diversity of Cabo de Gata gives the local crops of this area a special appeal to the senses that is much sought after.

The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park also contains the first protected maritime-land space in Andalusia. Due to the contrasts and relationships between the marine, the coastal and the inland environments, and because so many exotic species make Cabo de Gata their home as one of the most arid ecosystems in Europe, this space has also been internationally recognized as a Biosphere Reserve and a Global Geopark.

Our agricultural production areas lie within this fantastic internationally recognized environment, favoring the quality of our organic produce and enhancing the taste of authentic traditional tomato.
