Biosabor is a company focused on the quality of its products. It carries out tests on the products it manufactures, before, during and after their manufacture.

From the moment our products leave the manufacturing plant until they reach the consumer’s home, all kinds of incidents can occur both during transport and during their stay in the supermarket, as well as on their way to the consumer’s home.

What should I do if I find a product in bad condition?

If you are a consumer of our products, whether they are packaged or fresh, and you notice any anomaly regarding their state of preservation, we recommend that you contact our Quality Department as soon as possible and we will solve it as soon as possible.

The first thing to do when you find a product in a bad state is not to consume it, keep some sample of the product if possible unopened and communicate it to Biosabor (a photo with the expiry date and the batch number helps a lot). Our technicians will proceed to analyse similar samples of product from the same batch to check if there may be a problem with the quality of the batch.

The consumer can also inform the supermarket of the problem so that they can return the amount of their purchase and inform us, although this action is normally slower in resolving it.
